Well, it's not that good. I fell for the reviews, but it's not the most velvety top. I compared it on tipis with one of the most popular velvet tops, this one is much less "fluffy" + very liquid, usually plush tops have consistency like milk base. I'd say this top would be good for reds (won't steal the brightness of the shade) and for nudes (will stain less). And lovers of velvet tops should look for an alternative.

I really liked the top. Just the way I like it. The consistency is liquid, but it doesn't float away. Holds the shine perfectly for 3-4 weeks. Sometimes it gets moldy on stamping paint. Not critical. I recommend it for those who like liquid tops))))))
